You can download this. It is in the PEAR library. It is not related to the connector but used to parsing Marc records. I had documented it on Sirsi/Sopac part 6 Hope this helps

I am working on setting up SOPAC in a test environment with DCPL – working with Aaron Schmidt – on some of their R&D projects. I have a question

You have a “require” hat isn’t in the SVN checkout:

/usr/local/lib/php/File/MARC.php

Car to share/post or otherwise make available?

There’s a wee typo:

sudo apt-get install libmysql++dev

should be

sudo apt-get install libmysql++-dev
